What we collect
When you send a charter request we collect the details you enter: name, email, optional mobile number, preferred date, group size, occasion, transportation and notes. We also record the page you used and, when present, campaign identifiers from the link you clicked (such as UTM tags and Google click IDs).
Why we use it
To check availability, reply to your request, confirm your charter with the boat operator, and arrange payment and transportation. We text you only if you ask us to.
Who sees it
Your details are shared with the boat operator and the transportation provider when needed to deliver your charter. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell your data.
Analytics and advertising
This site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tools to measure visits and the results of our ads. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block them in your browser settings.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing us at bookings@cabookyachts.com.
