Payments, deposits and cancellations.
The short version: ask for free, pay a deposit to hold your date, pay the rest when you board.
Requests and booking
Sending a request is free and does not confirm a booking. We confirm availability first. A booking is confirmed when your deposit is paid.
Deposit and balance
The deposit holds your date and is credited toward your total. It is paid by card through Stripe. We confirm the final amount, including VAT and any processing charges, before you pay. The balance is paid when you board.

Prices, VAT and gratuity
All prices are in US dollars and do not include 16% VAT. Crew gratuity is not included; 15% to 20% is customary. If you pay in another currency, the exchange rate on the day of payment applies.
Cancellations
Cancellations require 72 hours' notice before your charter.
Weather and port closures
If the port closes or conditions are not safe, we reschedule your charter to a date that works for you.
Guests and capacity
Each boat includes a number of guests in the price and has a maximum capacity. Additional guests are charged per person, and the maximum cannot be exceeded.
On board
Smoking is not allowed. Life jackets, emergency equipment and first aid kits are on every vessel. Please tell us about allergies or medical needs when you book.
Transportation
Round-trip transfers are optional and priced by zone. Please be ready at your pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
